In 2024, Scottify Productions is aquiring talent for the upcoming seasons as our popularity continues to grow. We take pride in maintaining and growing our 5 Star reviews on Google and Wedding Wire as couples and clients respond to our services after hiring us.

The DJs that we are adding to our team are not just ordinary DJs. Each one is being selected based on their skills and their track record. We truly beleive in the mix, reading the room and creating an amazing live soundtrack for every event we produce.

Scottify Events is an International Wedding Awards Winner – again!

As we close out an amazing 2019 we are happy to announce that Scottify Events is an International Wedding Awards Winner - again!

Being recognized by the International Wedding Awards couldn't happen without the positive testimonials for Scottify Events from our couples and clients. We have been part of 52 events this year - mostly Weddings and throughout this year we have been stretched and we have grown. We have introduced a high profile radio DJ, Dames Nellas, to our roster. Added a Sound Manager, Nathan and of course we now offer a photo booth and we are thrilled that Amanda Wallace is now our active in-house Wedding Planner having ompleted here WPIC Certification.

But with that being said this award only recognizes our DJ work. This is, of course, the cornerstone of services and what we are known for. Here are some of the kind words that have been said recently by couples that we have DJ'd for:

Working with Scott was a dream! Out of all of the various vendors we worked with I would say he was one of the most responsive, reliable, professional, and personable! It was also super easy and fun to build our playlist through his playlist creator! All of the music for the ceremony and throughout dinner and speeches ran flawlessly and when it was time for dancing, he kept the dance floor alive!! We hired Scott to DJ our wedding. He also mentioned that he had a photo booth we could rent. I never really considered having a photo booth at our wedding because our venue was small but honestly I am so so glad we decided to go with it! Our guests were using it all night long not just to take pictures but boomerangs as well! The photo booth was super easy to use. Scott had props our guests could use AND he even customized it so that the pictures could have our names and wedding date on them. Everyone loves a photo booth and I would highly recommend booking with Scott!

Scott was the DJ at our wedding in May 2018 and did a fantastic job of it! Scott prepared meticulously for the event by guiding us through preparing a detailed playlist for our event, getting to know exactly what we like and don’t like and filling in all the gaps for us. He was flexibly with last-minute changes and additions and had no problem finding the obscure, foreign songs we requested. Scott was not only prompt to respond to our questions but often initiated communication and ensured we got everything done in time. Scott brought in top notch equipment from the sound system to lights and phone charging station. Most importantly he kept the dance floor going all through the night and well past last call.

Scottify Events was amazing from start to finish. Scott was so responsive the whole way through. He really took the time to get to know us and appreciate the vibe we wanted for our wedding. His site to support us through the music selection process was so great! We picked a bunch of music we liked, met with him to talk about it (and to have some laughs) and then he helped to fill in the gaps. The result was one of the best dance parties ever! Scott was also so great in communicating with our venue to sort out lighting and audio on our behalf. It took the extra stress off of us leading up to the day. I can’t say enough about how fabulous our experience was. I HIGHLY recommend Scottify to anyone still looking for their wedding DJ.

We researched several DJs while planning our wedding, it wasn’t until we met Scott when we knew we had found the right fit. The guests at our wedding varied in age from 6-87 years old, but each guest found their way out on the dance floor. Scott was an amazing vendor and person throughout our planning process. Quite often he would check in with us and see how things were going, wish us well on holidays and would encourage communication to ensure that all of our needs were met. We both commented often that he was the best vendor in his methods of communication. We spoke with him several times over FaceTime and he was always available over e-mail. Whenever we had a question or thought, he would always answer back quickly. We liked how we were able to create a custom playlist so that all of our favourite songs were played, and Scott mixed them perfectly. Everything from the elegant and classy dinner music to 90’s hits, he was able to read the crowd and know what fit. When faced with some technical difficulties, Scott was able to quickly resolve the issue, although it was out of his control, he was there to step in. He was fantastic and we would recommend his services to our friends who are looking for a DJ. Thanks a lot DJ Scottify, we would love to see you again!

Music is something that is very important to my husband and I, one thing we did not want to suck at our wedding was our dance. I am not a fan of weddings where the dance dies off quick, we wanted to dance the night away with our family and friends and we were not disappointed! Scott met all of our needs allowing us to create a custom playlist for our dance and getting all the songs we requested. It was important to us that he could get all of our favourite jams but clean enough that my grandma could even listen ha and he delivered! Scott's beats kept our dance going for hours and everyone had such a blast singing and dancing to so many songs we all loved. We could not be happier with our choice to go with Scottify as our DJ and I will absolutely be recommending him to all of our friends and family! I had multiple people tell me they loved his music mix during dinner, it was the perfect soundtrack to our evening. Even up to the last couple days before the wedding Scott was flexible to switch some things around and show up a little earlier than planned to give enough set up time. 10/10! It was so hard to peel away from the dance floor to say goodbye to my guests and I truly spent most of that night just dancing with the people I love. Thanks again Scott! It was incredible and I would be happy to have you DJ for us again in the future!

Our wedding was a month ago and our family and friends are still raving about the fabulous job our DJ Scott did. From start to finish he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and if I had the chance to go back and do things over then Scott would be our first vendor I would call back. He was so personable, helpful with playlist suggestions, and the outcome was better than either of us could have hoped for. Our dance floor was never empty and it was without question the most we have ever danced together (it's usually hard to get my husband to dance). We really lucked out in finding Scott. It is so much more than picking your own playlist- his delivery and mixing of the music is superb, GET THE LIGHTS and trust Scott and say no to a request hour because you will not need it! He read our crowd so well and everyone loved our music. Our night ended much too quickly. Thank you Scott for such beautiful memories!!!!!!

We found Scott one month before our wedding because for the longest time we thought we couldn't afford a good DJ.

My wife reached out on a GTA bridal group and Scott stood out, as he was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Scott was fantastic on the day, he was a pleasure to deal with and he had people up dancing from start to finish. The songs he played were perfect the whole night through. He knew how read the crowd and knew exactly what song to put on next. His mixing was fantastic and the lights were awesome. Every single person there has told us how great the DJ was, and that we need to have another party just to have an excuse to bring him back!

He was very competitively priced, and all in all, we couldn't have asked for better!
