Amanda also ended up being a pleasure to work with. She is professional and very detail oriented which is what you need. She managed all of our contracts, vendors and wedding party seamlessly and it really took the stress off of us. Scott was the DJ at our wedding in May 2018 and did a fantastic job of it! Scott prepared meticulously for the event by guiding us through preparing a detailed playlist for our event, getting to know exactly what we like and don’t like and filling in all the gaps for us. He was flexibly with last-minute changes and additions and had no problem finding the obscure, foreign songs we requested. Scott was not only prompt to respond to our questions but often initiated communication and ensured we got everything done in time. Scott brought in top notch equipment from the sound system to lights and phone charging station. Most importantly he kept the dance floor going all through the night and well past last call.

Scott’s beats kept our dance going for hours and everyone had such a blast singing and dancing to so many songs we all loved. We hired Scott to DJ our wedding. He also mentioned that he had a photo booth we could rent. I never really considered having a photo booth at our wedding because our venue was small but honestly I am so so glad we decided to go with it! Our guests were using it all night long not just to take pictures but boomerangs as well! The photo booth was super easy to use. The online software was user friendly and made it easy to choose our favourite songs (and what songs we did not want to hear!). We had a minor hiccup with power supply at the venue moments before our ceremony was to start but Scott did his thing at the last minute to make things work and no one knew the difference! We liked that we could actually get to know our DJ months in advance, as opposed to other companies we looked at where they contract your DJ from a pool of options.

He was super good – everybody enjoy and lots people did not want to leave because they wanted to keep dancing. He was super flexible and it was very easy to work with him I had a lots of requests from Spanish (lots) to heavy rock he did an outstanding job mixing everything 110% recommended 🙂

Scott was great pre-wedding for communication and planning. We also picked essentially 100% of the music beforehand, so he had to spend time mixing it beforehand. Day-of he was organized and professional. Our dance party was epic, so kudos is owed to him. Recorded speeches are a nice bonus.

The playlist creator was really easy to use and we had a great time building out our playlists for each event in the day. Organizing your songs into must plays, play if there’s time, ect, made the decision process less stressful. The dancers at our wedding had an awesome time on the d-floor and Scott did a great job guiding the night on the mic.

We hired DJ Dames through Scottify events to curate the music for our wedding. From the ceremony to the end of the night, DJ Dames chose the absolute perfect setlist for our wedding. From the beautifully romantic ceremony music, to the loungey backdrop for the cocktail hour, and lastly the amazing house and top 40s mix for the reception.
